• Appointments. Scheduling is subject to availability. We may reschedule due to parts delays, safety, or other operational needs.

3) Payments; Taxes; Cancellations

• Payment. Payment is due as stated on invoices or at service completion. We may accept multiple payment methods; certain methods may incur processing fees.
• Taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes and fees unless prohibited by law.
• Cancellation/No-Show. Missed or late cancellations may be subject to fees where permitted by law.

4) Parts, Returns & Repairs

• Parts. We may use new, OEM, aftermarket, or re-manufactured parts as appropriate or as approved by you when applicable.
• Returns. Electrical parts and installed components are generally non-returnable once installed or used, except where required by law.
• Customer-Supplied Parts. If you provide your own parts, we are not responsible for defects, fitment, or related failures.

5) Limited Warranty & Disclaimers

• Limited Warranty. If we offer a limited warranty for certain services or parts, the terms will be provided at service time. This limited warranty does not cover misuse, subsequent modifications, or normal wear.
• General Disclaimer. 6) Safety; Diagnostics

Automotive electrical work may involve safety risks. You authorize reasonable diagnostics and test drives. We are not responsible for unrelated vehicle issues discovered during diagnostics.
